Gizlilik ve kişisel veriler

Bu bildirim, margvanta.com ve Margvanta web uygulamasını kullanırken hangi kişisel verilerin, hangi amaçla işlendiğini açıklar (6698 sayılı KVKK ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü — GDPR). Veri sorumlusu Margvanta'dır; iletişim: [email protected].

İşlenen veriler

  • Hesap: e-posta adresiniz (giriş kodu göndermek ve sizi tanımak için), ekip üyeliğiniz ve davet ettiğiniz kişilerin e-posta adresleri.
  • Ayarlar: tema, dil ve gösterim para birimi tercihiniz.
  • Kaydettiğiniz iş verileri: tarife setleri, sütun eşlemeleri (dosya başlıkları) ve kaydettiğiniz analizlerdeki ürün adları, fiyatlar ve maliyetler. Yüklediğiniz dosyanın kendisi sunucuya gönderilmez; dosya tarayıcınızda okunur, yalnız "kaydet" dediğiniz sonuçlar saklanır.
  • Ödeme: ödemeyi satıcı sıfatıyla Polar alır. Kart bilgileriniz bize ulaşmaz; biz yalnız sipariş numarasını ve alıcı e-postasını alırız.
  • Teknik kayıtlar: güvenlik ve hata tespiti için barındırma ve veritabanı sağlayıcılarının tuttuğu erişim kayıtları (ör. IP adresi, zaman).

Amaç ve hukuki sebep

Veriler; hizmeti sunmak, giriş ve ekip erişimini sağlamak, satın almayı hesabınıza bağlamak ve güvenliği korumak için işlenir. Hukuki sebep, sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası (KVKK m.5/2-c; GDPR m.6/1-b), hukuki yükümlülükler (KVKK m.5/2-ç) ve güvenlik için meşru menfaattir (KVKK m.5/2-f; GDPR m.6/1-f). Pazarlama e-postası gönderilmez; verileriniz satılmaz.

Hizmet sağlayıcılar ve yurt dışına aktarım

Hizmet aşağıdaki sağlayıcılarla çalışır; veriler Türkiye dışındaki sunucularda işlenebilir:

  • Supabase — veritabanı ve giriş (kimlik doğrulama).
  • Cloudflare — barındırma, güvenlik ve içerik dağıtımı.
  • Resend — giriş kodu ve ekip daveti e-postalarının gönderimi.
  • Polar — ödeme ve faturalama (kendi gizlilik politikası geçerlidir).

Döviz kuru, sunucumuz tarafından TCMB verisinden alınır; bu sırada kişisel veri paylaşılmaz.

Çerezler ve tarayıcı depolama

Yalnız zorunlu olanlar kullanılır: giriş oturumunu tutan bir çerez ve tercihleriniz (tema, dil, para birimi, son kur) için tarayıcı depolaması. Reklam veya analitik çerezi kullanılmaz.

Saklama süresi

Hesap ve ekip verileri hesabınız var olduğu sürece saklanır. Uygulamada Ayarlar > Verileriniz ve hesabınız bölümünden hesabınızı kendiniz silebilirsiniz; silme hemen gerçekleşir (ekip sahibi silerse ekip ve ekibin tüm verisi de silinir). Yasal olarak saklanması gereken kayıtlar (ör. ödeme kayıtları, Polar'da) ilgili süre boyunca tutulur.

Haklarınız

KVKK m.11 ve GDPR kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama, itiraz ve taşınabilirlik haklarına sahipsiniz. Verilerinizi aynı bölümden JSON dosyası olarak indirebilirsiniz. Diğer talepleriniz için [email protected] adresine hesabınızın e-postasından yazın; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na veya bulunduğunuz ülkenin denetim otoritesine şikâyette bulunma hakkınız saklıdır.

Privacy and personal data

This notice explains which personal data is processed, and why, when you use margvanta.com and the Margvanta web app (Turkish KVKK and the EU GDPR). The controller is Margvanta; contact: [email protected].

Data we process

  • Account: your email address (to send sign-in codes and identify you), your team membership and the email addresses of people you invite.
  • Settings: your theme, language and display currency.
  • Business data you save: tariff sets, column mappings (file headers) and the product names, prices and costs in analyses you save. Uploaded files are not sent to our servers; they are read in your browser and only results you choose to save are stored.
  • Payment: Polar processes payments as the merchant of record. We never receive your card details — only the order number and the buyer's email.
  • Technical logs: access logs kept by our hosting and database providers for security and troubleshooting (e.g. IP address, time).

Purpose and legal basis

We process data to provide the service, enable sign-in and team access, link a purchase to your account and keep the service secure. The legal bases are performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5/2-c), legal obligations and our legitimate interest in security (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not send marketing emails and we do not sell your data.

Service providers and international transfers

The service relies on the following providers; data may be processed on servers outside Türkiye:

  • Supabase — database and authentication.
  • Cloudflare — hosting, security and content delivery.
  • Resend — delivery of sign-in code and team invitation emails.
  • Polar — payments and invoicing (its own privacy policy applies).

Exchange rates are fetched by our server from Central Bank of Türkiye data; no personal data is shared in the process.

Cookies and browser storage

Only strictly necessary storage is used: one cookie that keeps you signed in and browser storage for your preferences (theme, language, currency, last exchange rate). No advertising or analytics cookies.

Retention

Account and team data are kept while your account exists. You can delete your account yourself in the app under Settings > Your data and account; deletion is immediate (if the team owner deletes their account, the team and all its data are deleted too). Records that must be kept by law (e.g. payment records at Polar) are retained for the required period.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can download your data as a JSON file in the same section. For other requests, email [email protected] from your account's email address; we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
