Hizmet

Margvanta, pazaryeri satıcılarının kâr, marj ve fiyat hesaplarını yapan bir web uygulamasıdır (margvanta.com/app). Uygulamaya internet tarayıcısıyla erişilir; kurulum veya dosya teslimi yoktur.

Satın alma ve erişim

Tek seferlik ödeme, bir ekip için erişim sağlar: satın alan kişi (sahip) ve davet ettiği en fazla 4 kişi. Abonelik veya yenileme ücreti yoktur.
Erişim, ödemede kullanılan e-posta adresine bağlanır. Her üye kendi e-postasıyla girer; bir hesabın birden çok kişi tarafından paylaşılması yasaktır.
Ekip üyelerini davet etmek ve çıkarmak sahibin sorumluluğundadır.
Erişim süresizdir; tek ödemeden sonra yenileme veya ek ücret istenmez.
Mevcut özellikler için hata düzeltmeleri ve iyileştirmeler ek ücret olmadan sağlanır.

Kullanım kuralları

Hizmeti yasalara aykırı amaçlarla kullanmak, güvenliğini aşmaya çalışmak, otomatik araçlarla aşırı yük oluşturmak, yazılımı kopyalamak, yeniden satmak veya tersine mühendislik yapmak yasaktır. Bu kurallara aykırılık hâlinde erişim askıya alınabilir.

Hesaplamaların niteliği

Sonuçlar, girdiğiniz verilere ve seçtiğiniz varsayımlara (komisyon, KDV, iade oranı vb.) dayanır ve bilgi amaçlıdır; mali, vergi veya hukuki danışmanlık değildir. Pazaryeri kesinti ve vergi oranlarını güncel tutmak kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır. Döviz kuru TCMB gösterge kurudur ve gecikmeli olabilir.

Sorumluluğun sınırı

Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki zorunlu hükümler saklı kalmak kaydıyla, hizmetin kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlar ve kâr kayıplarından sorumluluk kabul edilmez; toplam sorumluluk ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.

Veriler

Kaydettiğiniz veriler size ve ekibinize aittir. Kişisel verilerin işlenmesi Gizlilik sayfasında açıklanmıştır.

Değişiklikler ve iletişim

Bu şartlar güncellenebilir; önemli değişiklikler e-postayla bildirilir. Sorular için [email protected].

The service

Margvanta is a web app that calculates profit, margin and prices for marketplace sellers (margvanta.com/app). It is used in a web browser; there is nothing to install and no files are delivered.

Purchase and access

A one-time payment gives access to one team: the buyer (owner) and up to 4 invited people. There is no subscription or renewal fee.
Access is linked to the email address used for payment. Each member signs in with their own email; sharing one account between several people is not allowed.
The owner is responsible for inviting and removing team members.
Access has no time limit; there are no renewal or additional fees after the one-time payment.
Bug fixes and improvements to existing features are provided at no extra cost.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to bypass its security, overload it with automated tools, or copy, resell or reverse engineer the software. Access may be suspended for violations.

Nature of the calculations

Results depend on the data you enter and the assumptions you choose (commission, VAT, return rate, etc.) and are for information only; they are not financial, tax or legal advice. Keeping marketplace fees and tax rates up to date is your responsibility. Exchange rates are the Central Bank of Türkiye indicative rate and may be delayed.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". Subject to mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use of the service; total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
